Soo, how will you react once nearly all the nations start to send space fleets?

Ethos will have spread out significantly by then, and lay claim to a significant portion of the Moon. We won't screw around then.

Your test scores indicate that you are an open-minded ultra-progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a journalist. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.
Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a liberal.
To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a considerate idealistic egalitarian with many strong convictions.

Kraken only wants peaceful relations with Ethos, you guys can have the goddamned moon. At worst, we would only wish to have a observationary station on the moon. We'll just colonize the other planets.

*shrug* it's just a proof-of-concept run at this point. We haven't invested our entire national budget into a single program, unlike the Koreans ovah theah. Just a few hundred million franks.

I'd like to note that Switzerland basically has a monopoly on orbital shipments. We could cut off Ethos from all shipments, in or out, if we wanted to, which we certainly will want to if you pull that kind of stunt.

I meant buy.

We'd just like some for our military force, all 245,000 of them.

The conscripts are in a militia system; called up to fight when needed.

EDIT: The 245,000 are volunteers, not conscripts.

Brief (Paragraph) Description of your nation's history since the 2020s: When the cost of keeping Tibet became too great, the Chinese authorities were forced to relinquish control over the country. This was called with great joy as many Tibetans return to their homeland. It is the beginning of the Tibetan Cultural Renaissance. As the world continue to destabilize, certain members of the democratic Central Tibetan Administration, decided to take control of the nation as his Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama was dying due to old age. while they were able to retake the Greater Tibet region from the collapsing Chinese nation, they also advance into the Lakdah, Nepal, and Sikkim regions under the banner of stabilizing the lands.

While this proved valuable, it resulted in tensions with the ethnic minorities and neighboring nations until the fall of the CTA under a coup 15 years later, formally cementing the militants' rule. His Holiness the 15th Dalai Lama, was discovered and raised in the Potala Palace as he's being groomed to be the spiritual figure head of the nation, but what they didn't account for was his interest in the sciences and the restarting of the Science-Buddhism Dialogues of his predecessor. He indirectly cause the fall of the fascist faction and a return to an enlightened rule of the country through his unique perspective of the world.

In his first book, the Guide for a Better Tomorrow, he wrote the need to balance Scientific progress with Spiritual morality and the fulfillment of the three Welfares, the Welfare of the People, Socialism, the Welfare of the Environment, Environmentalism, and the Welfare of the Person, Liberty. The 15th Dalai Lama continues in his job not only as the Tibetan spiritual leader, but also as a scientist of Tibetan Technocracy. It is because of his rather progressive views and his place as Tibet's spiritual leader that prevented extreme Buddhist reactionaries from taking control of the country.

How about this one? A Pure Technocracy that is rather spiritual with remnants of the Tibetan theocracy. Given how relatively more science open Buddhism is and how vast the country is with emphasis on being environmentally friendly, it's likely that, other than the rather conservative and reactionary Buddhists, the monks would be left alone most of the time in the rebuilt monasteries.

These Descriptions are how you personalize your nation. In a short summary please describe how your nation performs in the following categories:
Libertarianism-Totalitarianism: Civil and political freedoms are very high
Large ruling class-Small ruling class: A mix of representative and direct democracy, wherein mandatory referenda exist for all laws. Head of state is elected every 20 years by the people, styled Count-Elect of the United Confederate Counties of Valloria.
Economic Equality-Economic Inequality: Rich-poor divide is very small.
State Economy-Laissez faire: Socialist
Moralistic-Ruthless: Completely ruthless in the field of battle.
Religious-Nonreligious: Nonreligions (82% atheist, 5% don't know, 2% don't care, 11% Jewish)
Techophilic-Technophobic: Technophilic
Diplomatic-Militaristic: Highly diplomatic but completely ruthless on the field of battle.
Rural-Urban: Being a country 1/4 of the size of the US, Valloria is almost entirely urban.
Expansionist-Isolationist: Very isolationist, but not so in the case of trade. Desert climate limits plant and animal survival, nearly all food is imported from nearby (and very fertile) Europe.

Brief (Paragraph) Description of your nation's history since the 2020s: After the massive amount of physiological change in the world, Valloria was founded in the 2030's by a group of 150 million isolationists in what was once Central/Eastern Europe. With ruthless attitudes and vastly superior technology, their population grew exponentially over the next 40 years. Population growth has slowed since then, and with rising rates of infertility, cloning is here to stay.

You know guys you are making a really big mistake with this Helium-3 on the moon,

At 55 parts per billion in the Lunar Regolith, its going to be a LONG time before you guys really start benefitting from it.
