This thing can actually hold its own in a fight. Teleportarium + Murder servitors= +40 boarding attack that you can choose the result of when you inflict a critical hit.
Prussia, Reliquary of Mars is my Complication.
Now if we could classify this as a Dark Eldar vessel, than load it with Wracks and Grotesque which are classified as Dark Eldar suddenly you would be able to dish out an additional population and moral damage while it revives it's own and it would give a little extra command bonus.
Dark Eldar rules:
-Slave-takers: (reasons) ... During Boarding Actions, Dark Eldar vessels add +10 to any Command Tests, and inflict 1d5+2 Crew Pop. & 1d5+2 Moral Damage During H&R attacks DE vessels may choose to add +20 to Command Tests and may inflict 1d10 Crew Pop. & 1d10 Moral Damage instead of a crit hit. A Dark Eldar vessel regains lost Crew & Moral equal to Damage that inflcts to Crew Pop. & Moral during either of the above actions.
Simplified the rule above, for details look it up in The Soul Reaver.

It's a funny ship idea, but slow and relying on boarding actions probibly isn't a great idea. After all, after the first attempt at boarding doesn't work, any half-intelligent enemy will simply sit back and bombard it to distruction. It is possible to play weaponless, but I'd recomend getting at least a hanger deck and/or using a fast cutter so you can get into boarding range or out of weapons range.
