That'd work but Persia just took Western Australia (Apparently). He might loose it to Native Uprisings, but for the time being, I don't wanna war with the Persians.

No I don't know, but the powers that find the lands would find the land could ask for it to be declared there's, which I would then do. I think a pope actually did that with Spain at some point.
