How long do you guys think I should let people stay in-active without giving word? Because I'm pretty sure not everyone on that Taken nations list is active.

I know about the Commonwealth, so they're good to stay on it, Austria informed me about his charger issues so I'm fine with him for now and Prussia's busy with what I assume is RL stuff, however there's a few nations there I'm not so sure about.

Send them a telegram and give them two days to respond before they are considered inactive? That could work.

We want them out of China, if they want to keep their supply lines going through the lands, be my guest. But I want them out of China, that's it. They can keep Mongolia, and any foreign lands they own.

Also I get your trying to invent a war machine, but colonizing Philippines is not a good long term plan. If you would of went for Indonesia, there is tons of gold, and ect.
