Not if we go all ethnic cleansing on yo' ass.

Who do you think would arrive first if they left on the same day?
If the Scots leave from Cornwall I say Cape Town is theirs to have. The Byzantines have to go through the Med. and get past Castile's grip of the Strait.

Alvares will probably go as far as Italy in the Mediterranean. He is on a mission from Sapa Inca to hire gunsmiths, shipwrights and as a personal quest: He wants to go to the Vatican on pilgrimage.

So the Incas converted? Cool.
BTW, I think Mongollas first Catholic King, Sartaq, should be the Saint of Savages, and his Christian name can be Seth

Oh hey welcome what a great place to convert to Catholicism and donate money to the pope and try to get him to stop the Europeans from murdering you and instead making you a protectorate.

Alvares is Portuguese. He and most of his Father's crew stayed in Tawantinsuyu. It has been a policy of the Sapa Inca to offer European Explorers a place to live and wealth should they choose to join with his country. As such, there are sizable Catholic Communities in some cities and the Christian god is seen in 1 of 2 ways depending on which priests you ask: Either another name for their chief Deity Inti or it is Pacha Kamaq the god who made the earth. Regardless, Christianity is an accepted belief in Tawantinsuyu.. so long as you don't try and convert people at the point of the sword. The last person to do that was killed. I have a good story written down for what happened to him.
