EDIT: I'm assuming public hangings/executions are fine for the current time, but I'm just making sure everyone is okay with it.

EDIT 2: Also, What are current military/navy sizes? I need to know as to update.

I'm fine with considering it up to date (you could just update it in an IC post anyway).

Population wise, I looked at medieval/Roman censuses, and came up with ~32 million, with a military of 1,000,000, half of whom are active, 56,000 of whom are in the navy, and the rest are reserves of varying quality. Working on detailing this more.

Edit, got bored and looked up Egypt's population, seems it should be around 4-8 million, according to various estimates.

With the edits which made me change my nation your's might be subjected to a similar culling lol

Maybe, but I also have areas that were more highly populated in ancient/Medieval times than Spain/France. I'm not powergaming, just trying to be accurate.
