I'm fine with considering it up to date (you could just update it in an IC post anyway).
Population wise, I looked at medieval/Roman censuses, and came up with ~32 million, with a military of 1,000,000, half of whom are active, 56,000 of whom are in the navy, and the rest are reserves of varying quality. Working on detailing this more.
Edit, got bored and looked up Egypt's population, seems it should be around 4-8 million, according to various estimates.

Here's the towns...
Tiahoboran which has a population of 94,000, however this is in the very northern part of the province.
Tallach - 37,000 populace.
Asaan - 19,000 populace
Daespear - 118,000 populace, is walled and has around 10,000 defenders.
PS: Sizeable garrisons of around 12,000 men in each province exist.
