And Many Russians will be happy with the change. Especially if they are religious (Which most Farmers/Former Serfs and Former Soldiers are) or Patriotic (Many Factory Workers and Urban People are). It shows how far we've come from being enemy of the Byzantines to the Sole Reason Byzantia exists and that we saved Constantinople from becoming Islamic (We've been De-Islamizing it for a while now).

Patriotic Russians would want a RUSSIAN capital. ????

Mass Immigration would have made it Russian, but thanks to Dangelia, I've decided not to make it the Capitol.

I don't quite see how. What the Russian people don't know is it just saved them from a potential world war against Russia to completely dismantle them.

They'd elect their own officials and decide the fate of the region. As I said earlier, it is not finalized yet. Four people know about it at the moment, HH, his aid, the Czar, and the Czar's brother. No further announcement has or will be made until HH meets with the College of Cardinals. They'd be more of a protectorate of the papacy than property if anything.

Well, when the Czar speaks on the issue, if they are too stupid to realize they literally would no longer have a country after the world was done with Russia after the Pope had influenced them and that this was necessary for Russia to survive, then they are simply moronic.

The RP is currently set in 1905. Plus, only Russia has influence over the region, with some being transferred to the Papal State. The English have no influence there whatsoever nor do the Greeks. Israel isn't even a thing.

Eh, the Americans assured me in a tg about no intervention and even if they fought me, could they beat my armies which are trained for guerilla and winter warfare? I mean in a direct fight they would win, but my guerilla warfare skills are superb.
