Well, Dangelia, I have a feeling you'd know more on the subject then I. How would Russians feel if Constantinople was the new Capitol of Russia instead of St. Petersburg? I'm letting you decide.

They wouldn't be happy. As Orthodox they do identify with the Patriarchate of Constantinople. But Constantinople is Greek, not Russian. The Russians already have a patriarch and patriarchate in Moscow. It's best that the capital doesn't move. You've already done some really crazy things, anything else, and you're gonna be in trouble with your people.

Very well, we aren't going to make Constantinople the Capitol after all. However, we are still going to be building a Castle there (For Vacations!) and we are still Re-Orthodoxing the Hagia Sophia.

Thank you Dangelia.

Now this Russians would love. But yourself still on thin ice with Jerusalem.

I don't quite see how. What the Russian people don't know is it just saved them from a potential world war against Russia to completely dismantle them.

The Church plans on doing something rather sensible with the region anyways, something it would never do in real life and no government could do with the Holy Land: the the people be decide. They'd elect their own officials and decide the fate of the region. As I said earlier, it is not finalized yet. Four people know about it at the moment, HH, his aid, the Czar, and the Czar's brother. No further announcement has or will be made until HH meets with the College of Cardinals. They'd be more of a protectorate of the papacy than property if anything.

Even as a protectorate. Orthodox aren't happy that the Holy Land was already divided between Armenians, Orthodox, and Catholics, now that you are a protectorate of the region, the orthodox feel as if the czar just gave Jerusalem to the Papacy. They would be furious.

4. And why the fuck is Dangelia trying to buy Corfu from me?

5. Because Albanians have lived in Corfu and made a presence in the city and it's an important island that Albania would love to have.

What? No they haven't. There has never, in this history or real history, been a noteworthy Albanian presence in Corfu. Ever. Albania owning Corfu makes about as much sense as Russia owning Maine.

Also, it's right next to Albania. Let's do it. Also, if you look at maps of Ethnic 'Greater' Albania, Corfu is always included in those maps.

Linguistic map, meaning languages, which does not always correspond with ethnic maps.

Plus, there was the whole deal with Prussia and Poland after World War 2, so I imagine the composition there has changed greatly.

Well, I was only looking at Albania where the Cham people were ignored, where there never was a majority Bulgarian/Macedonian. And the Albanians in Macedonia were more numerous.

Within reason, I say the latest we can go is January 20th. No farther, but in practicallity, it would be better to not go past January 15th.

On another note, I am not quite sure how to date my posts. I will try and gauge them off of the ones mine are directly tied to (i.e. letters, other happenings, etc.) If you have any suggestions please feel free to share.

Whenever I make a post, I put my country's flag, the place in which the post is taken place and the time.

You can kinda see the system I am using. It is a random picture somewhat relevant to the post from that time period, follow by the location, and then the date.

I more so need help gauging what date to put where. But I think I have it down rather well.

Oh then I just misunderstood your question.

Totally fine, I used your method as a basis for mine anyways, so your post was still of use.

I need to speak with our Russia before I date the last one. But it should be around the 26th-27th of January.

Also, where did you find that map you used to do the demographic divvying? I would love to find one similar for Jerusalem.

Is that the one I posted in the IC?

Wonderful, that will be of great use.

I'm sure you know this but almost all the Catholics here are Maronite.

Also, one key difference real life is that there are more orthodox due to 30 years of Russian occupation.

In Jerusalem the demographics are are about 300,000 Muslims, 22,000 were Catholic, 30,000 are Eastern Orthodox, 22,000 are Oriental Orthodox, and 50,000 are Jewish.

The Romans have yet to arrive. I am sending them in droves to the new city of Saint David's. Hopefully this will please the local populace as the plan is to not disturb them.

The new city doesn't exist except for one neighberhood.

Although I feel like there should be an influx of Russians into Israel, thus more Orthodox Centers (Including Jerusalem) there, I approve of this map. Although I do think there should be a little bit more purple in Israel and Lebanon.

In real life there's less purple. I added them.

I know that, but we've ruled the Holy land for about 20 years now (Maybe a little More), there would be a mass influx of Russians into the Area, especially those escaping Serfdom and the War.

I'd say Jerusalem has 82,000 Russian Orthodox/Eastern Orthodox, 29,000 Oriental Orthodox, 24,000 Copts (Miaphysite and Monophysite Egyptians), 48,000 Jews, 24,500 Catholics and 185,500 Sunni-Shiite-Druze Muslims (We've been very unkind to the Muslims sadly) in this RP.

Ille change it just because you're the one who can call the shots on the issue.
