No, I mean Luxembourg had its independence and its neutrality guaranteed twice iirc. Yet the Netherlands still holds it.

EDIT: I really commend how the OP is letting supreme godmod slide.

Ah, but that's merely a personal union. It's not Dutch territory, technically, Luxembourg is independent.

Actually, France. Egypt collapsed into tribes. The player was kicked from the RP. So it's like he was never here really.

Wait a minute, Insurgia, you can't say the Negotiations went south yet, we're still negotiating! Plus, I think I should be the adviser that you killed...

Except no, the Canal belongs to a French company.

Except no, the Canal belongs to Italy since I fucking conquered it. That French company and whatever dealings it had with Egypt, are now null and void.

And please specify where in the South Pacific.

There won't be a war, because France is being dumb.

Seriously, any agreements he had with Egypt (which by the way, he had none) are now null and void considering the nation collapsed into anarchy. We're restoring order to a nation with no government. Any agreements with the former government are no longer valid. And he never even had any agreements anyway.

Besides, to move it is like saying you know you won't succeed in a peace conference (which won't happen, because it can't happen, because it's not necessary). Also, I doubt the French would attack the Holy See.

Well, he is.

Kherson, Russia
February 3rd:

The guards had received word from the Czar himself: He wanted to speak with both the Officer of the City and the leader of the Failed Rebellion. Officer Askyloz was more then delighted to go and see the Czar, for he knew for his work he would get promoted. Although the Guards where wondering why the Czar wanted to see the Ukrainian Rebel Leader, they would have to comply. They went to his cell, a small, windowless room with a thick stone door. He had been in jail for a week or so now, but he hadn't changed much. The guards opened the cell and chained him up. "The Czar wants a word with you. We have to escort you to him."

And with that, they took him to one of the few Police Cars they had, put him in the padded cell in the back, and began driving, while Askyloz rode on his horse to the city...

That was from the post bringing Malikov to St. Petersburg. So he's definitely in Chains.

Plus, you gotta admit, bringing a Rebel Leader into the Kremlin without chains would kind of be stupid, wouldn't it? He could try to strangle the Czar if he wasn't!

Plus, you gotta admit, bringing a Rebel Leader into the Kremlin without chains would kind of be stupid, wouldn't it? He could try to strangle the Czar if he wasn't!

That would be not honorable of him. Plus there's guards.

Eh, you never know with Revolutionaries.

Also, I don't feel like having a long debate on the Constitution of Ukraine, so I think we shouldn't have back and fourths on writing the darn thing; instead, I'll say something along the lines of:

"And after days, even weeks of writing and negotiating, the Constitution for the Autonomous Oblast of New Russia (Ukraine) was drafted, approved, and created, then Malikov was unchained and he left and bla bla bla". That sound fine?

Actually, it's not writing per se as just copying the US Constitution and adding my own stuff in there and editing it, using it as a template.

Italy gives no damns.

Well, then go ahead :). I understand why you would give no damns, since we're completely insignificant.
