I could try and close the Suez canal....

To all but Wadiyan, and Arab shipping.

All of that, under WADIYA! Manpower and Oil wealth!

Yeah...about that...

Well after much consideration. He has convinced me to leave this RP. I really was interested in playing Prussia, so I will go now. I hope all of you have a good rp of 1992 and I might be back if this lives long enough.

Oh have you not heard? Africa is the biggest continent in the world by far, not just imagine that entire continent under one rule.

One thing: US Intervention in Somalia.

Result: Ended in Vietnam situation which US lost.

The "Anti-Communist" world, is trained on the same lines as the US, so how effective do you think they will be in Africa? Infact, name one modern war in Africa, to where a major power has actually won it.

Sorry, no, it wasn't his fault if I made it look that way! I just wanted to rp Prussia due to its unique location. He convinced me not to rp Prussia. So, I have done enough damage and will not be back for a long while.

They still got sovereignty and British lost it. It litterly will take 10 minutes to close that shipping, and 6 hours for a task force to make it become back open, depending on the force holding it. So again, I ask your point?

We basically negotiated, and I pushed for him to sign up as a Socialist nation elsewhere, but sadly he said no so he is leaving. Personally, I wanted the Socialist plotline but not that fast!

Okay. How about you name one war where an rampant, rouge African Militant power survived against American intervention? Or Middle Eastern. Or any militant nation from that region?

This is a different scenario. Your war will be a war of conquest against relatively innocent nations. Our goals are simply to stop you and overthrow your government, which, if history is right, we could do very easily. Powers tend to win conventional wars. Which is all we need. A quick lightning campaign, aircraft carriers and armored divisions oughta do the trick.

We aren't fighting an occupation against religious fundamentalists, even though that's likely to be the aftermath. We're fighting a war to topple your regime so you don't go all apeshit on Africa. There's a significant difference. Now, if we were trying to install a democratic government or remove insurgents, that's another story altogether.

Then the rest of the world sends naval task forces to force it open, sends paratroops to occupy the Sinai and humiliates Egypt.
