Well, yeah. Most of these characters have little to no experience with any race other than whites. Even those from the 1800s will be surprised to see "savages" walking around with whites.

And false. After the Congress of Vienna the German Confederation was created, though it was more a successor to the HRE than an actual state.

Actually the Third Reich marched through Paris and held it for what two or three years. And just how long did it take Napoleon's Grand Armee to fall apart, a year or so. It took four years before the German Empire was pushed onto the defensive in World War 1.

I am an ethnic German of Wurttenburger and Aleman Swiss decent, and I am proud of my people to the core, but your not showing much historical knowledge here. The German armies (plural, the "German army never existed until 1918) on the western front went on the defensive after the Marne in 1914 and with the exception of Verdun generaly took a defensive stance in the West until the great offensives of 1918.

I love my people but its important to know the truth. Plus before you bash Napoleon remember he rolled through Germany and took Berlin.
