You can either join the Pact and support us, defeating America and getting lots of territories in the process, or, you can stay where you are, watch the Americans take over the Philippines, and take their imperialism to China in the near future. Also we won't be able to win on the mainland. Just give up Cuba and retain the Philippines and your pacific possessions. They are worth the loss. Especially when compared to what you will gain if you are fully prepared and not exhausted from war when WW2 rolls in.

You're in a bad bargaining position. If your geopolitical position was less hopeless and more valuable to the Axis, this would be a different conversation. But the Axis doesn't have the collective power projection to attempt a rollback of the United States right now.

That sentiment is stupid. Just give up and let them occupy Cuba. You can retake it when the Axis have won in and dominate Eurasia and Africa. You have to learn that somethings are just lost bets.

America didnt plan on going to war at the time in RL so of course they wernt mass produced. The American politburo has been itching to invade Cuba since the early 30s in the RP so production would have been ramp up the second the testing was done
