We are not going to take Cuba, we are going to take the continent. Columbia can stay out of it, I really don't care, as long as the other nations are on board.

No i mean i'm not sure about getting my men to die for protecting Cuba. America is a giant ocean away and while the INotQ is strong i don't think it's up to the task of taking on the USN yet. At least not in a conflict an continent away.
