Maybe uh, add some other elements as well, like maybe the July 20 plot didn't happen, so all of them are still alive, as well as some other famous people who died, somehow didn't. That could be interesting.

Sure, any character that actually existed you could RP. So you could RP Otto Wells or Claus Von Staffenberg, Douglas MacArthur, really alot of people, and see what you could make them accomplish.

Actually scratch that, yes you can play generals, but only ones that were still alive. Not the ones that had died in 1944 or before. Montgomery is good.

Could we attempt at saving Nazi Germany? The Ardennes didnt really end until late Januray so what if we were to turn it around in the Nazis favour?

Thats the goal, I want this to be a Alt history. "What if, Hitler could have turned the offensive around. What if Hitler left Germany and somehow revived it later instead of commit suicide", ect, ect. And starting it in 1945, gives them that "Immediate danger feeling", which I think will make this RP amazing.

My original goal, is to play as leaders of countries, and you RP both your country and your leader, and if they happen to lose leadership, you just RP the character's struggle either trying to regain his glory, or submit to arrest or general life. Still up for suggestions.

Alright, in that case I would like to play as Hitler, if not I would be cool with playing as some random Army or Division on either front. I have read probably a library of books on WW2. LOL.

Cause I really don't want this to be a RP about the Nazi regime surviving and altering strategy so much as I want the feelings of being in a struggle, and making really tuff decisions, that can effect the world in a much different way. That is why I chose January of 1945.
