Hmm... military order is not all that specific. How is the leader chosen? How are the common people managed? How is power divided? How decentralized is it? How big/important is army, navy, trade, etc. to the government? etc.

On tech, a few specifics would be nice, since if I asked for tech in the modern era about Iran or something, that would be roughly accurate.
Fewer galleys, no "suicidal mindset" though they can fight most zealously, and you might want to talk about your technological advantage over the native Balts.
In Other... stuff. Culture, quirks, stuff.
