Ability: demonic eyes
Unique Life Spell: his eyes can predict movements faster than anyone or anything
Unique Death Spell: his expert eyes allow him to see specifc weaknesses inside a body or armor if the body is covered a torn ligament, bleeding appendix, blood vessels ect. And exactly where to hit it for the mot damage.
Death Weapon in Reap Mode: He uses a simple carving knife with a black hilt.
Death Weapon in Death Mode: the knife extends to the size of a long sword keeping the black hilt.
Bio: Sebastian is the older brother of Gunther. While he will never admit it Sebastian was the one who sent Gunther to an orphanage regrettably haveing to kill his abusive father to get away he was killed in jail soon after. Sebastian is a cheerful and charming always putting on smile however he has a darker side he tends to hide one known for makeing tuff decisions. Sebastian's ultimate goal however is to protect his little brother from harm like how he did with his father murder being one of them. he keeps an eye on gunther time to time openly stalking him. Works with the underworld police from time to time but often confused with the perpetrator of the crime due to his apperance and way he acts.

But what I mean is he literally has the eyes of a Demon and the "powers" of them if that makes any sense I sort of wanted him to be able to predict what someone would do mentally and physically.
