Those should go to Portugal/Iberia. We need their territories filled in, regardless of who plays them. Mozambique should truly be colonized by Portugal, but I suppose it's not now. How we'll explain it, I don't know since Portugal colonized Zambesia in the 1500's

There is Historical Precedent for Persia owning Mozambique though; If Wikipedia is to be believed, Persians created Trading posts there for ages. Maybe One of those posts made the case to the Iberians that that was Persian owned?

Plus, I thought this was ahistorical, not "Let's repeat History exactly"...
