I added Black Lines, played around with the colours, fixed Madagascar/Zimbabwe, added some of the Celtic territories (will add the rest if I missed any, just tell me [I know I missed like all of British Africa])

I like the look of it, but you colored some of my Afghanistan Provinces for the Irish-Saxons. And Marsisian has not started colonizing Madagascar yet, so it shouldn't be Byzantine yet...

I also added Boxes around pacific islands so you could identify who they belong two, it's hard to see with only 1-3 coloured pixels on it.

If you want your colour changed to something that doesn't create an eyesore, then tell me.

As for Madagascar, I cleared it because Buj hasn't approved it yet.

And as for Pakistan I used the proposed solution and partitioned one of the southern provinces and northern of about the same size, now it looks like less of an eyesore and somewhat legit. If this is unacceptable to either of you please come to a consensus, tell me, and I'l gladly change it.

Oh--as a heads-up regarding Maine, the northernmost province is mine. The treaty IRL that ceded that part of the state to the United States probably never would have happened.

That's true, Frances colonies help define it though. Haiti was fuelling the French economy with its sugar, Pondicherry was a way station between The east and West. Indochina brought in a great deal of reasources as we'll. Polynesia is like the nicest place on the planet
