Just wondering, but what kind of regions do you think the Wardens are responsible for? I was thinking Warden of the North: the North, Warden of the East: the Vale, the Crownlands, the Warden of the West: the Riverlands, the Westerlands and the northern bit of the Reach and finally the Warden of the South: the Stormlands, the southern bit of the Reach and Dorne.

@Jade Confederacy

Lunas was gracious enough to accept me back, and I've worked up a post. I will need a reply from House Hightower. Please and thanks. :)

Bonjour et bonsoir! (You have to know me to get the French.)

Forewarning: Anything below this point is going to be either facetious, objectively irrelevant, fun RPs, or simply my personally ramblings.

I have learned how to exclaim my divinity in four languages. Soy un dios! Je suis un dieu! Ich bin ein Gott! I am a god! I find this to be proof of my divinity.

Anyway, some RPs:

Wardens are based upon geographic location, yes, but not every region needs a Warden. They're mostly there to lead against outside foes. The Warden of the South was to protect against Dornish raids, the North to protect against Wildlings and whatnot, the West against the Ironborn, and the East against foes coming from Essos.

Ah, right. Makes sense, they're based in geographical locations but not to protect whole regions rather to protect against specific foes.

Gotta respond to me first so I can leave, then stuff needs to be organized and support gained.
And who are you, the proud lord said,
that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat,
that's all the truth I know.
In a coat of gold or a coat of red,
a lion still has claws,
And mine are long and sharp, my lord,
as long and sharp as yours.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke,
that lord of Castamere,
But now the rains weep o'er his hall,
with no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall,
and not a soul to hear.

Stark isn't gonna allow that. He wants some things settled first before he hands the crown to the boy.

Huh. Well. Never took the Starks for spineless kneelers.

Unless Rickon has some sort of dark ulterior motive...

like what? pardoning the baratheons? They are not going to recognize Loras as he is a direct contender for the crown

Loras is a puppet by all sense of the word. The throne is basicly a power sharing scheme between garth and rickon

So he does have a dark ulterior motive...

Interesting...

Starks surely aren't so naive and obsessed by total honor anymore. After all what happened, I would think they finally learnt thing or two about how trust and lies works.

North remembers, and I hope North is not stagnant as well.
"Those who reached my boundary, their seed is not; their hearts and their souls are finished forever and ever. As for those who had assembled before them on the sea, the full flame was their front before the harbour mouths, and a wall of metal upon the shore surrounded them. They were dragged, overturned, and laid low upon the beach; slain and made heaps from stern to bow of their galleys, while all their things were cast upon the water." - Ramesses III., Battle of the Delta

Yes, please do so. I set the stage back, at twenty-days-after-death, in time so that the boats could arrive approximate to the time the RP is currently at. That is, of course, under the assumption that Lady Denyse fears for the well-being of her husband and pervasive nature of the killer. The decision, and its impact, is entirely under her control.

I have (what people will see as) empirical evidence supporting that Garlan was murdered, and all I can do is attend the crowning ceremony? I am the only that finds that logic a tad bit suspicious?

EDIT

I trust you do realize that, regardless of your decision, I will be still requiring a reply. One does not sit limply by, awaiting the call of a Lady Regent. The gravity of the situation demands that some action be taken.

Would he like to conduct an interview with the boy? Because, in all honesty, I have nothing to do but await @Jade Confederacy's reply. I could use a bit to flex my literary fingers, and it's always fun to pick the brain of a ten-year-old. Lord Stark speaking directly to Loras Tyrell would be much obliged. :)

I'm deeply sorry fellas, but I need just one more day to get my opening post up as I've had some RL problems. I promise it'll be a good one! If anyone wishes to discuss possible relations with the Riverlands you can send me a message in the meantime and I'll add something to the opening post.

can this or this be considered as typical Iron Island's landscape?

or more like this?
