culture:Indian, with Hindu and Buddhist background. The entrance process barred Indians of Muslim and Sikh background to minimize rehabitation efforts.
objectives in this RP: To spread peace and curry.
Anything else: Leader is Raja Rayjaput, government style will be generally feudal but may have differences yet to be formulated. Government is strictly pacifist.

Not a horde, but the Valkendoneans are pretty much the successors to the Germans, so there will definitely be a large, trained and highly efficient military marching across the European ice sheet sometime soon...
