Bering: I have a high pop and a lot of room to grow in. Furthermore I am located in the north and near the ice, which are traditionally good spots for mineral and oil mining (lot of animals died there when it froze over and the minerals are harder to explain). These minerals plus my solar power mean that I am in a good position to industrialize heavily. I also have enough land to farm with wheat and potatoes which are traditionally good in cold climates. The Dogs will help hunt and act as good sentries against animals. Our firearms and metallurgy mean that we will able to defend ourselves and arm ourselves if we need to, especially with the abundance of metals. We also have two rivers under our complete control, one of which starts at the end of the tundra and one part ends at our far south and the other at our capital allowing us send information throughout the territory if we need to and it acts as a convenient landmark to follow. Finally our biggest issue is also a strength, we have several competing ethnic groups that all desire prestige in the nation, this will cause them all to compete aggressively to advance and work, but because we are united, not attack each other.
