Chrysalis is the queen of a changelings, the changelings are pretty much ponified Shapeshifters (if you're into D&D), and Sombra was a villain from the show, really evil lookin' dude, didn't get many speakin parts, kind of an underrated villain in my own opinon, and he was the King of the Crystal Kingdom.

Are you actually part of the fandom or are you just here because?

Chrysalis is the changeling queen, they morph into any (guessing here, we aren't sure if they're limited to ponies or not) pony they want. They successfully occupied Canterlot but were kicked out Team Rocket style.

Sombra is an insane evil king of the Crystal Empire, he was defeated and is now some weird smoky cloud. He attempted to take back his kingdom in the show but was defeated.

Actually, my headcannon, is that they feed on all emotions. Only that love is most potent, to them.

Since the race distinction here is much more clear and obvious (horns on your head are a bit hard to hide), it's only logical that he kick her out. Really? And why not? I bet it happens SOMEWHERE in the show, it's enough of a cliché that it's standard. Further, Hitler had constant paranoia that he was part Jewish, since he couldn't prove that all 4 of his grandparents weren't. The fact that he has brown eyes and hair instead of blond hair and blue eyes also supports this.

However, how about a nice "We will fight them on the beaches" speech from one of the Princesses?
