Will this RP expend into post war years, and possibly a second war? Maybe even a future cold war scenario depending on things turn out? Or will it al be this one war?

Austria-Hungary would be willing to cede it's Chinese Concession to Japan along with all fleet assets based there in exchange for Japan going CP, alongside whatever concessions Germany may make.

And they'd have free reign over Asia, since the combined German High Seas Fleet, US Atlantic Fleet and K.u.K Kreigsmarine with the possible audition of the Regina Marina can beat off whatever the RN has.

yep, why do you think the OOC is always ten time the size of the IC? I would also like for the RP to extend to post war years if possible. the losers can go fascist or communist, setting up the stage for WW2. that or the winners can start a cold war among themselves and we can skip to the 60s

As for Romania and Brazil, i say we give them a chance to improve like Mexico. If they dont in one or two posts, then they can be replaced.

I agree We were all new once but this is meant for advanced RPers. There are other RPs for people to learn. I say we give them a warning and if it doesnt improve we are going to have to kick them.

We had foreign concessions, like most European powers. Hell, Belgium had one.

I wont strip him of all his territory. Unless the Centrals have a overwhelming victory, i'll take everything but the original eleven states. this would leave him with most of his population and industrial base in tact

The Problem is that Germany has attacked right into the most fortified area in all of France which will undoubtedly cause horrible casualties. Obviously Germany is still very able to win but that beginning won't be pretty.
