Pah. Montenegro is tiny. Serbia doesn't have a strong enough industrial base. Bulgaria will also have to fight off the Ottomans. Romania doesn't have the technology to hold off Austria without Russian aid.

Russia is the difficult part. I could easily hold them in the Carpathians, especially since Galcia isn't that important to the Empire and just means the Russians have to deal with those meddlesome Poles.

You know, perhaps French Indochina and Russian relinquishing claims to Manchuria might motivate Japan to fight a true war. Maybe the oil rich Dutch east indies and the Hawaiian islands might also make the Empire willing to fight.

Because it would be such a shame if my navy got angsty, and without my permission, drove the Brits out of Asia and stunted supplies coming in, and it would really suck if the army, without my permission, were, say, to open a third Rusian front. But I will need confirmation that my concerns will be properly addressed.

I'd be more than willing to give you my Manchurian claims, I would also let you have Alaska if you wanted it after the war and I would be in favor of you having the entirety of the west coast in North America. I can't speak for the rest of your wants.

Puny? Actually, with the US divided into Confederacy and Union, it is the THIRD LARGEST NAVAL FORCES in the world. Some of the most innovative too, with the first aircraft carriers, submarines en masse and other cool neat thinfs that other nations didn't have.

Weak army? As if. Japanese infantry were simply superb, and their artillery crews were efficient and well trained. In jungle combat, Japanese soldiers had no parallel at the time.

Also, remember that the Brits are going to be spread thing against the US, German and various other naval commitments around the world. Combined with the US naval fleet, the British would have to either choose between defending the British isles or keeping their Asian holdings. Japan, in WW1 was very convenient for the Brits to have because it freed enough Royal navy assers for blockade of Germany.

I'm looking out for Nippon's interests. For Japanese power translates into the protection of Asian peoples against Western Imperialism.

Because Japan has the potential to do alot of damage to either side, and while I'd much rather support the Entente, I don't feel as though the Empire of Nihon is being appreciated.
