Basically, King George II dies without an heir, and it turns out that Von Osterlich Hapsburg is the heir. Personal Union between Britain and Austria, meaning UBER-UNION. After this, the Parliaments of Britain and Austria fully outlaw slavery, pissing off the Southern states in the Thirteen Colonies, leading to a civil war between the majority of the Empire as abolitionists and the Southern Americans as slavers. Coupled with this, Europe is pissed that UBER-UNION has formed, leading to chaos. Furthermore, the Huron (Who I assume are still aligned with France?) declare war on the Iroquois, placing Britain and France in an awkward position whereby they have to help their allies.

That okay? I don't want to lose any territory, though, just think it would spice up the RP.

Mm, not so much. The Mughals want ships and manufactured goods, to a decent extent. Many others want raw materials, spices, silks, and markets for the products of their industry. Trade is very much a win-win situation.

Perhaps, instead of the 'über-union', there's a good old-fashioned succession crisis where the UK wants one person on the throne and Austria wants someone else.

New Plan: Try to get the Europeans to stay out of it, and ask the various Chinese states and the Japanese, who obviously don't want the Mughals to unite Asia, to help out.
