Just over 146 days.
Not factoring in rest, food, weather conditions, the fact your men are undertrained in a conscript levy swarm, etc.

If they had a separate baggage train and they can travel with no load. They can march five kilometers in half an hour maybe even more.

This is not the Napoleonic wars so a man carries a musket so three kilos then ammo, primer, and power so a total of five kilos. He could go four in half an hour I could do that and I’m not as fit as a soldier.

No. I retconed that.
That march was a 45 mile march but they stoped in towns and did campaigns speaches and they were causally walking.
(Some civil rights march.) look up on google "how long would it take to walk 100km it gave me 20.3 hours.
I can defiantly do that.
I was looking at a political march not a military or athletic march.

SO DEAL WITH IT.

Right.
Did you factor in the terrain and weather conditions of the terrain you are marching through?

Faster march or cheaper campaigning. It’s a thing you need to answer for your next campaign.

As far as I can tell it is dead of summer and there have been roads in that area since the 1400s that I can see.

With the regular twenty shots and musket a man can go eight kilometers in a hour before stopping for rest.

Depends on the mission. Of course, cheaper means you don't need carriages, but that also means your men will be slower. On the other hand, carriage will be needed during a fast march but will be expensive.

So do you have carriages or donkeys to bring the logistics your men needs?

Horses. The Poles marched on Moscow on them and in the middle of winter IIRC.

Use a pseudo-levy system. Have some people provide a horse for you incl. the fodder.

It's just a few hills a couple swamps that we can go around easily due to them being small and it's just grass from there.
The urals are a little farther east.

Much amuse. Armies of size 20k march 20 km/day. Larger, slower. Smaller, faster.
