There not undertrained I have made it clear.
They train for three months.
I have a very high conscription rate. And my type of government makes it work.
Have you ever heard of a military hierarchy . Or a meritocracy? We'll that is what it is like for me.
Literally everyone in my oblast serves in the military in some way.
It may not be front line work but everyone even the children have a military rank.
It works.
Plus I allow women in my army awsell. Along with a conscript age of 15.

Clearly, you need training. Three months will only give them minimal experience. And women? Why you include women? Surely they have potentials not in field, but as intelligence agents.

In three months your training would be how to fire, load, stand in a line. They will not shoot at the same time or even move in unison.

Thee months is more than long enough if you look at how long training was back then it was about a month or two at the most.
The average training time for even average modern military conscripts is 3 moths.
And it's more than enough to get past basics and into a few advanced things.

That is where you will fail.
Conscripts wont be able to compete with a trained army.

I never said woman conscripts did i?.. Humm..
I ment that women can enlist if they want.
And it is highly encouraged.
But I have served with one woman who can put me and two other larger men on our backs before we could get to our guns.

A fit man at a sexy pace can walk 100 without rest.
But in my counculations I diled back the time for rest.
It would take 35-40 days of marching with 6 hours of rest a day.

Not with the figure you gave us of they'd be able to march 45km in 3 days.
Which is 15km a day.
2200 divided by 15 = 146.666666667
Just over 146 days.
Not factoring in rest, food, weather conditions, the fact your men are undertrained in a conscript levy swarm, etc.

If they had a separate baggage train and they can travel with no load. They can march five kilometers in half an hour maybe even more.
