Have you ever heard of a military hierarchy . Or a meritocracy? We'll that is what it is like for me.
Literally everyone in my oblast serves in the military in some way.
It may not be front line work but everyone even the children have a military rank.

It works.

Plus I allow women in my army awsell. Along with a conscript age of 15.

In three months your training would be how to fire, load, stand in a line. They will not shoot at the same time or even move in unison.

Clearly, you need training. Three months will only give them minimal experience. And women? Why you include women? Surely they have potentials not in field, but as intelligence agents.

It doesn't matter how many people you conscript, that makes the quality of the soldiers go down. The higher the % of your populace is in your military, the less effective they become until you've just got a giant mob that you use to try to swarm the enemy.

You do the math.

No, they can't. Besides, we've already discussed that your troops are fairly undertrained.

Thee months is more than long enough if you look at how long training was back then it was about a month or two at the most.

The average training time for even average modern military conscripts is 3 moths.
And it's more than enough to get past basics and into a few advanced things.

Yes, as conscripts are not trained to be soldiers at start. They are trained to be civilians, except for the ones who are enlisted into the military by themselves.

Soviet conscripts had twice or thrice the time given as training I believe. That was during cold war and not in WW2 where you are given either a rifle or ammo and then sent away to the battlefield.

No. I retconed that.
That march was a 45 mile march but they stoped in towns and did campaigns speaches and they were causally walking.
(Some civil rights march.) look up on google "how long would it take to walk 100km it gave me 20.3 hours.
I can defiantly do that.
I was looking at a political march not a military or athletic march.

SO DEAL WITH IT.
