Oh fuq, I've missed so much. Bouts of fever/flu, busy with school, exam this week. Will have to withdraw.

There not undertrained I have made it clear.
They train for three months.
I have a very high conscription rate. And my type of government makes it work.
Have you ever heard of a military hierarchy . Or a meritocracy? We'll that is what it is like for me.
Literally everyone in my oblast serves in the military in some way.
It may not be front line work but everyone even the children have a military rank.

It works.

Plus I allow women in my army awsell. Along with a conscript age of 15.
