@Allen: How you define "German" is fine. But, it's not unreasonable to call someone from Germany a German, and I would assume that many anti-Imperialists would have fled not so long ago as 1710. They'd still be German at that point.

1710 would be probably the very last ones to have fled, so I suppose that'd be possible. It won't be long before even they die off though, I imagine.
