I jest. Most of my RP posts are lost to the ages, due to F7. I'm fundamentally certain they were atrocious.

I can't honestly remember.

I did some of both, I believe. I recall a particularly amusing WW2 RP where China allied with Japan after the First World War, and mass produced Zeroes to conquer Russia.

IIRC we used American technology to metagame-drill in manchuria so that we can have the oil that Japan needs to do that.

So here are the claimants for my upcoming civil war.
Prince Tyi
General Fang
Lord Hao
Princess Daiyu
Princess Lin

I intend on adding one more claimant in the future. So who will people support? Prince Tyi is the lawful heir but secretly worships Ahura Mazda, loves to sacrifice people at the stake, and while although intelligent and handsome is very rash and inexperienced and is known for his lustful and hedonist ways.

General Fang claims the the throne as he is Emperor Jin's brother and incests that the Royal Children are bastards as the Queen had a known affair with General Ki Long a long time ago. He is an experienced general and admiral, being Lord Admiral of the Imperial Chinese Fleet and commands the 5th and 6th armies. He is tall and very strong. While not very well liked many respect him as a good lord and godly man.

Lord Hao claims the throne as his grandmother was the mother of Emperor Jin. He is a charismatic man and well known diplomat. He is loved by many and while although he lacks martial skill he is skilled at diplomacy and management. He is General of the 7th army and has much support in the North.

Princess Daiyu and Princess Lin claim the throne together, with a plan to rule as co rulers. They think their brother would be a horrible Emperor and intend on claiming the throne and restoring the Chinese Empire to it's former glory. They hate the Japs and Southern Chinese and have some support in Shanghai and the west. Lin is the oldest daughter and child of Emperor Jin, but succession laws say that Tyi is the lawful heir. She is somewhat beautiful, but not as much as her younger sister. Lin is smart and is known for her kind personality. She is married to General Bao and has secured the support of him and his father and brothers, Fao, Lao, and Gao. Daiyu is the youngest of Jin's children as is known as the most beautiful women in Imperial China. She is very intelligent and cunning and has used her good lucks to achieve her goals. She is known for her skill at court intrigue as well as her martial abilities and her skill in the bedroom.

So here are the claimants. The civil war hasn't happened yet but it will so here is the list in advance.

King Philip looks out the window of his palace in Rheims. Starring in the direction of Paris, the Capital of France. His Adviser and General of the French Army, Louis, walks in. "Sire what are your orders for today?" "Master Voltaire, the High Lord of the Treasury, says we 20,000 fold in the treasury."Philip turned and walked towards the map of Europe. "Build a market in Rheims and a Barracks in Dijon, and recruit 3000 men in Metz."
"Yes sir my lord that leaves us with 14,000 gold and we have 20,000 troops already."
"Good now send a diplomat to the Byzantines, offer them a 1000 gold tribute and a trade treaty and an alliance, we have a Kingdom to claim back."
"Yes Sire."
King Philip muttered to himself "France, my beautiful France, you will be mine again." He shouts to his constable "Assemble the army at Fort Chevaux and bring the new recruits."

This was the start of what would be a beautiful story of crazy kings and civil wars. I remember when I crowned Justin King, when I sacked Venice and got trapped there. I remember reading about the hordes of bears to the East, building an empire they called Great Russia. I remember the time of the crusades where Christendom reclaimed Jerusalem and I can recall when I torn down the Dome of Rock and shattered the walls of Jerusalem. Oh the wars that were fought and the maiden heads that were lost. The Known World was the best RP I've been in.

In the south, a bitter Kolinski rallied the people and began a rebellion, finally ending with the murder of Prince Pavel and Ivan Sergetov, ushering in the Kipchak-Russian Federation, a democracy in the 1250s. Then it all went sour with a character with Kashkin, one of the most sadistic men I've ever RPed.

He quickly conceal his RFVH Classified Top Riot Shotgun and shoots at him, enough to make him run away. He checked outside, run into the alley, and found a man at the wall. He contacts his superiors about this familiar vampire.

"I've found Ivan. He is near the bar where I visited. Send reinforcements."

Finished, he walked to his penthouse while remember about the flashback when he arrived 3 days ago from immigrants ship from Europe, where after docking, he launched his gliding device and glide within New York before landing atop his penthouse in Manhattan.

He open his phone, access NYPD Database, and search Kurt Walsh, a promising cop that Steiner wanted to recruited.
