"It has been a long time Mana" said Stan's as Mana finished "you are correct in your assumptions of why I called this meeting it does have to do with Ranora and the events there. Stan's then saw more gods start to enter his realm for the meeting. He caught sight of karn and was surprised at the fact he came. "oh, it is important Karn but knowing you, you probably will not be in favor of it said Stana before continuing with why he called them here "I have called you all here because, as we all know, war is brewing in the mortal world. I would like us all to agree that we as gods will not directly intervene in mortal conflicts. Lyryth heard the call. With a trill, she summoned a mockingbird to her shoulder, in case she needed to send a message. Using her chord-portal, she stepped through to Stana's realm.

Several of her other brothers and sisters had come again, including Sarzacen. Now was not the time for idle discussion, though. Now was the time to speak of war.

"Mana, Erevic." She nodded in greeting. "I heard brother Stana's call."

"Ah, my apologies. I'm Sarzacen. I've tried so far not to make too many ripples in this great sea of life. But now I've begun to spread across the desert, and my worshippers are very widespread, as they continue to travel across Ranora. Therefore, I am here. As patron of the desert, the sun, and trade." He bowed to Erevic, whom he had heard much about from his traders.

Then Lyryth arrived, and Sarzacen approached her. "Good to see you, Lyryth. Thank you for the gift. I must find someway to repay you, but I haven't thought of a way yet."

"The irony is I actually do agree with it brother." He says taking his seat. "In fact It is an extremely rare occurrence that I interfere with mortals. Especially in times of war. Interference in war by a divine will most certainly bring that side to victory. War must be one by completely destroying your opponent. Not begging someone more powerful to aid you. Besides, I know mortals well enough. They are slippery little monsters who will do whatever it takes to achieve what they want. A trait I admire."

Mana listened to both Stana and Karn, and agreed. She had little stakes in wars between mortals, and though she could not agree with how magic was applied in some cases, it was not her place to judge them. Her task was to maintain Magic, and make sure whatever happened in the mortal world would not cause harm to the fabric of reality. "I agree," she nodded. "A fraction of our powers created the world, and only a fraction is needed to unmake it. My heralds, my divine servants and I will not interfere with any mortal wars, you have my word. As long as they do not threaten the foundations of reality, I will not interfere."

She then turned to Erevic. "Even in war, there is much knowledge and wisdom to be found. Mortals have to learn from their own mistakes, but we need to ensure that they must at least survive the aftermath. Conflicts would never cease as long as there are more than one individual in this world," her words were solemn, but there was no pity in her voice. This world was not her first in where she had provided magic, and this world was not the only ones where magic was directly used in skirmishes and wars. She had seen and experienced enough to understand that mortals would always go to war - the only difference was whether they were wiped out along with it.

Mana then turned her attention to Sarzacen and Lyryth, and gave them both a sincere smile. "I, too, have not seen you at the culmination of the world. But I had felt your presence in the vast desert before... Sarzacen. And it seemed you are already well acquainted with Lyryth. I am glad."

Stana listened to both Mana and Karn, very glad to hear that they agreed. "we have three that will abide by this rule. how many more are willing to let the mortal world fight out their own disputes without us intervening. of course you can still answer prayers for guidance from your people." stated Stana as he leaned on his staff "Mana is completely right in that they have to learn from their mistakes on their own. offering a hand of guidance though would never be too much though. they are our people afterall". Stana then turned his head to face Lyryth and Sarzacan and spoke "Lyryth, it is good to see you once again and Sarzacan, i was wondering if you would finally come out of the deserts to meet with all of us". Stana had a bit of a teasing smile as he spoke to Sarzacan

"There is no need to repay me, Sarzacen." Lyryth smiled. "But I thank you, all the same."

"As for my part in why we have been summoned," she raised a finger and stroked the head of her mockingbird. "music exists no matter the mortal condition. I cannot sway the battles of mortals the way many of my brothers and sisters can. All I can promise is to continue doing as I have always done, inspiring mortality."

"I can also only continue what I've done. The desert and sun are eternal, along with trade. Even if the world is reduced again to it's beginning state, trade will still exist between primal human factions. Trade is money, and no mortal can resist it's allure!" Sarzacen flourished with his hands, an expression he has become all too familiar with.

"Lyryth, I must find a way. I can only say that I will, but it may take time to find a gift worthy of you." He extended his hand to her, in hopes that she would accept it, and his feelings.

Lyryth took his hand, happy to know that he felt the same way she did. "Thank you, Sarzacen." The three words carried a heavier meaning, the same way song was apt to. "Thank you."

Redrigan heard the call of Stana. Opening the portal he steeped through. He appeared in the room as the other gods were talking. Sensing they had started Redrigan smiled. "Hello brothers, hopefully I'm not interrupting anything important. Stana, what might I owe this meeting to?"

Erevic

Erevic bowed to the new desert God. He was pleased to have a new brother.
"Why hello. I think my Erevians have seen your people. I could be mistaken."
Erevic had then turned towards the small crowd of divines which had arrived. He knew this war was going to get bigger. Erevic had thought about sending an Aethial down to his people to warn of this war. They would prepare weaponry and armor and would be ready to use Erevics gift given to them which was magic.

Haerune heeded Stana's summons and teleported to the gathering of his siblings. He saw much of his brothers and sisters. " Sisters and brothers, to what do I owe the pleasure of this meeting. OH! Hello sister Lyryth and sister Mana. How are you doing? Anyways can either of you two could take care of Riah. I shall be diving into the worlds of the Multiverse to create chaos soon. I wish I could take Riah but creating balance to the worlds require much of my focus and dear Riah would just be a distraction. Brother Sarzacen, how are you and your desert? Everic, how have you been doing. Redrigan, has the timeshitf rather been chaotic lately? I have been feeling a little more mischivious. Karn, how goes the wars?" Haerune greeted everyone, " So, another meeting in such short notice. What is so important that we had this done. Is it because Riah and I had been flinging giant bananas into the multiverse? If so I would like to say that it was Riah's idea." Haerune smiled while he obviously lied to his siblings

"So, if that's all, I'll be going. I've pressing matters to attend to in Renyara." Sarzacen opened a sand portal, but waited for acknowledgement before leaving. He didn't want to seem rude.

"Farewell." Sarzacen exited through his portal, and returned to Renyara.

Upon his arrival, he set to work creating a fountain in his throne room, to house his gift from Lyryth. He created it so that the water would continuously cycle through the system, and the music would play nonstop. Then, he set upon the desert, and formed servants for himself out of sand. He called them Sanya, and they were to patrol his castle and keep everything working.
(Sanya just look like sand furies from Fable, minus the pointy hat (turban instead))

Then, he set to work on Lyryth's gift. He took a gem of each color: a ruby, a topaz, an amber, an emerald, a sapphire, and an amethyst. Each gem was exquisite, nearly perfect in appearance. He planted them in a golden necklace, in the order of a rainbow. Using a tad bit of magic, he infused each gem with a musical note. The ruby had the highest pitched noise, and the amethyst the lowest. Then he summoned a female Sanya, and ordered her to take it to Lyryth through a portal. He led her to the foyer, and created a wall of falling sand on either side of the entrance. They could be used as portals, but only with his blessing. The Sanya set off, and Sarzacen collapsed in his throne, weary from his work.

Seno watched his followers looking at their discoveries. They discovered a substance called "Mortalis" which was the 2nd component in making "Zika" an almost unbreakable metal capable of resisting both strong magic and physical attacks for a lengthy period of time. The only problem was how hard it is to make it, you mix liquid Aetherium with Mortalis then add a little magic in. Easy your thinking, WRONG the materials combined has a 90% chance of exploding a Mortalis melts at 500 degrees Fahrenheit but aside from that most Mortis is only found in the core of Ranora and cannot be reached easily. Aside from that th Senish peoples began intergrating Haerune and Erevic into their pantheon more due to the civilization growing close to both nations. Zesa was fighting crime in well the world spreading only small amounts of order so the Haerune worshippers wouldn't try to murder her. Seno then heard Stana's summon end. "crap" Seno said thinking it must have been important. He then went back to watching his creations enjoy their lives.

Lyryth felt a sudden urge to return to Lyrindell. It was a strange feeling, not one of urgency, but of...something else. She couldn't quite place it. Nevertheless, it felt important.

"Sister Mana," she said, quietly. "Forgive me, but something requires my attention in Lyrindell. Could you, perhaps, look after Riah in her father's absence?"

After Mana gave her answer, Lyryth held out a finger, and the mockingbird swooped down and alighted on it. Using her chord-portal, she came to Lyrindell.

The urge was stronger now; it was almost a physical pulsing. She walked, more quickly, towards the center of her mere.

Something lay at the bottom. A golden chain with seven perfect gemstones lay among the pebbles.

It was from Sarzacen.

She brushed her finger over the ruby, and a pure, high-pitched tone emitted from the thing. Laughing with sheer delight, the singer pulled the necklace into her palm. The mockingbird picked up the ruby's tone, winging above Lyryth's head in joyous circles.

"Thank you," the singer whispered, donning the necklace.

"If I am no longer needed I will take me leave." He said and left through a portal to his domain. He sat on his throne viewing various battles being waged on his world and the mortal world.

"Lord Karn." His herald Tiri spoke up. "I have watched the battle as you requested and there is no change." She says.

"Very good Tiri. You are dismissed." He said waving his hand. He had to admit that he made a good choice in choosing the woman to be his herald. She was quite effective and every bit as bloodthirsty as she was the day he brought her to his domain. Her son had grown as mortals tend to do and was beginning to be quite the killer. He often demanded that he deserved "A challenge" much to Karn's pleasure. The Wrath god was rubbing off on his adopted son. For once mortals had actually pleased him to the point where he was going to reward them. He had an idea what he could give to his adopted son, but how to reward Tiri? That would require some thought.

Mana

"Of course," Mana nodded at her and she teleported herself perhaps back to her plane. She motioned to the quirky young girl that was Riah, Haerune's daughter, with a gentle smile. "Come, Riah. Let us go and visit some of our mortal friends down below. I trust that this meeting is adjourned," She nodded at everyone as a simple goodbye. With that, she waved her hand in the air, and a ripple overtook her and Riah's form and they disappeared in between space and to Ranora they went.

Ranora - Frostfell, The North

It had been a few years since the giantess took him in and groomed him in this ravine where the frigid cold could not embrace him, and the young boy had grown into a fine young man indeed. His short messy hair was a deep raven as were his eyes, and his skin was slightly pale from the lack of sunlight in the North. He was, by all standards, a handsome youngster that could capture many a hearts with a naughty grin. But his spirit was strong, and magic within him was deep, and his body was strong and firm. The giantess Moira had indeed groom him well, tutoring him in the arts of magic and crafts, and she knew that her mistress was pleased.

The young man and the giantess had always sat on the green grass next to a burning pyre as the starry night greeted them from above. Today was a rare night where the skies were not covered with a sleet storm. The waves of colorful aurora above them were breathtaking, as if serpentine prismatic dragon were dancing with joy and playfulness. The giantess looked at the young man before her, and was pleased with how he had grown but was then quickly overtook by worries. He was inexperienced in the ways of the world. Too young, too innocent. But she knew that she could not shelter him forever, and her mistress had just agreed that they were not to interfere with the major wars that were happening down south. In the lands of plenty.

But is this not the destiny that she weaved for him? By taking him into their fold, his fate had been woven into hers, her peers' and her mistress's.

Suddenly, a ripple seemed to expand in the middle of the air within the valley, and the most beautiful woman the young teen had ever seen stepped forward from the invisible chasm, together with a young girl. Moira immediately knelt down before them, but the older woman simply dismissed her. "Rise, Moira. No need for such formalities when we are away from my court." And the giantess nodded and stood aside. The young man stood up as well, slightly blushing. He wasn't sure how to act as the woman smiled at him. Who is she? And who is that girl that was with her?

"It is good to finally meet you in person," She smiled with serenity. "Tell me, boy. It is your coming of age day, is it not? And a day where your true destiny begins. Tell me your name, and I shall grant that destiny to you."
