Percy frowned. "I dont have time for this" he said, and walked inside. He walked through dozens of corridors and into the massive Senate room. He jumped into the center pod. Everyone gasped at the boy, but as he Forced the guards away, they fell silent. He scooted away the speaker and stepped up to the microphone. He looked around at the crowd of people, each representing their own province, planet, or system of the Republic. "Ladies and Gentlemen!" he said. "Today, is the end of the Galactic Empire!" he yelled... and the room went silent. "The Emperor is dead" Percy said, thinking he was lying. "And because he is dead, I, his Apprentice, am the official heir to the seat of Emperor. And as Emporer, I hearby state the official end of the Galactic Empire. And while many of you may be angry, I say do not be. The Empire came and conqoured you, slaughtered your Force Sensatives, kidnapped the rest of them, and forced you to become part of an Empire you do not want to be part of. Now, as Emperor, I set you free. None of you are part of the Empire anymore, you are all independant, free to do whatever you want. With that said, I invtie you to join a NEW nation! The Galactic Republic! A NEW Galactic Republic! Every single nation here that joins the Republic, will have their own say in the Republic. They are free to expand their armies and Navies, and they are free to pull out if they feel it nesecery. If you wish to join this, say 'I'". They all raised their hands. "Good!". Percy turned to the camera. "People of the Empire, you are now people of the Republic! The days of oppression are over! You are free to vote, free to protest! You are free!" he yelled. Percy turned to the Senate. "The Jedi shallg again protect us, and I invite them to! Long live the Republic!!

All across the Old Empire.....
When the news that the Empire was no more spread, most came to accept, and even embrace the Republic which had arose. However, small riots had begun on all major planets in the Republic, and 30 of the 300 Legions had either abandoned or attacked the new Galactic Republic. A small Civil War has broke out, but should be small and short.

Emperor Wolfe sat in his office, writing a letter. It was to the Jedi at Hyproi.

Dear Jedi Remnants,

My name is Perseus Wolfe, and as you may know, I have officialy decomissioned the Galactic Empire, and Nova is dead. I formally invite you back here, to Coruscant, to rebuilt the Jedi Order and guide the Republic as before. I would also like to inform you that I have stepped down as Emperor and am currently just overseeing the Republic's progress while we hold our 1st election for Chancellor. Please, leave Hyproi and come to the Republic, there are hundreds of new initiate Jedi awaiting.

Kota was surprised at the turn of events and said "Should we really be making enemies of this new replacement to the Empire they still have quite a large military and it is doubtful they will be pleased that their savings were stolen. If they find our Mandalore benefited from this they might decided to attack us. I believe we should form an alliance to prevent any of us from being attacked by the New Republic.

Grey was surprised when the young man had taken off and had followed him into the senate surprised that so many in the senate had just accepted what the young man said. He was undoubtedly passionate and believed in what he said combining that with his natural force prowess and charisma and Grey could understand how many in the senate had been swayed but there would be rebellion. He hid in the shadows until Percy was out of the camera for a moment and pulled him roughly to the side. "Quite a little stunt you pulled back there wasn't it?" Grey said calmly.

Percy looked up from his desk and smiled. "Yes, but it had to be done. The Empire would have been the fall of us all. The Old Republic lasted for millenia, and maybe this one will too. The Emperor.... he had it coming..." Percy's face fell...

Grey's features softened. "I am glad you have toppled the Empire but I am disturbed by your motivation for revenge. If you truly wish to become a Jedi you will abandon your position as Leader of the Republic and let go of your hate for Nova. Come with me to Hypori where I have sensed another Jedi and together we will rebuild the Jedi Order. It is not the Jedi's fate to rule we keep peace and bring order to the Galaxy. Too much power corrupts and having the Force and millions of beings following your orders will corrupt any being. Will you come with me Percy?"

Percy put his face in his hands. "He killed my wife and son.... my anger will never go away... unless there is some way to get them back.... is there?"

Grey face hardened "There are rumors of ancient Sith rituals that can raise the dead but you must let them go Percy. This is why the Jedi do not have families because the loss can drive us to the Dark Side. You must let them rest in peace Percy and not embrace the Dark Side in your quest to regain your family do not let their memory be tainted by turning to the dark side in their name it isn't what they would have wanted. Come with me and you may yet be saved from treading this dark path."

Percy nodded. His eyes tearing. "My son... I loved him so much....." he looked up. "I cannot go with you, much is happening in the Galaxy, and I need to oversee the establishment of the Republic from here until a Chancellor is voted into office. They have to come here" Percy said with a frown.

In the Rest of the Republic
The Republic has begun to cycle out the old Imperial Ships, Armor, vehicles, and weapons for the massive amounts of stored items from the Clone Wars. They are undergoing upgrades but should be ready very soon.

Any Legions that deserted or attacked the Empire are ordered to be destroyed. While 10 are, the rest escape to all corners of the Galaxy.

The riots across the Republic decline as the use of force (not THE force) is applied. Any riots are engaged by police and any protests are allowed with a police escort.

Percy was confused. "You do not wish to establish the Jedi Order here on Coruscant and be it's protectors? I did what I see to rebuild the Old Republic the way it was before Order 66 came down. I have already repaired the Jedi Temple, and the Senate wishes for you to make Coruscant your home again. Will you not go back to the way it was during the Old Republic "

Grey shook his head and said "I am sorry but the reason the Order fell was because we were serving one institution and even if we disagreed with their methods we had to support them. The Jedi will not make that mistake again." Grey said as he walked out of Percy's office and boarded his ship making his way Hypori.

Percy ran up behind him. "I will leave someone in charge for now, and I will come with you, but I shall speak with your leader over this, since you have little say. Let me tell you, without the Jedi, the Republic will just become a new Empire. That mistake, my friend, is worse than any former mistake in history". Percy said some things into his comm device. "Well, shall we go?" Percy asked.

Marcus looked at him. "No person will be able to find out who has it." Marcus then showed him the treaty. "This treaty is based on the same foundings of the CIS I changed a few things and basically this is the run down We will be called The Federation of Independant Systems all empires and worlds will be independant but pay taxes to the Federation leader Myself, You, and if they join The New Confederacy. We will have a centralized Military that the taxes are for and a trade partnerships. Will you join this Federation?"

Grey allowed Percy to board his ship and said "There is no leader of the Jedi as of now. I will just let the force guide me to other force sensitive's and the force is telling me there is another Jedi on Hypori."

Kota nodded his head and said "Of course I'll join. I would like to ask what you plan to do about the Republic."

"We will let it be for now. If we see it turn back into the war mongering Empire it was again we will strike. It will be as a Cold War and Arms race. We will be playing the politicing game to gain more planets for an alliance. Likewise do you have any suggestions?"

Kota said "I believe we should do as you suggest and continue to gain more planets to our cause. One thing I suggest is that we fund the resurgent Jedi Order to gain them to our side as once they have reformed they would most likely join the resurgent Galactic Republic. I will give them use of the Paramount as a mobile Jedi Temple and you and the New Confederacy fund them. This should win them to our side and gain their support. I would also like to request that Revan be given to Mandalore for rehabilitation."

Percy looked around in suspicion. "We cannot discuss it here, get in the ship". Percy led him into the ship, and it took off. "Okay. A small Imperial Expedition team, sent out in the year 48 AR, has returned, bringing news of an alien race in a Galaxy not too far from us. They have been expanding, killing or enslaving everything they capture. They are also about 5,000 years more advanced than us..."
