I have feeling your referencing my execution of 1 in every 10 of the survivors from the Utapau battle, I took the idea from a Roman general who lined his legion up in tens and killed the last man in each row of ten after he lost a battle.

nope not really, since I included the ships crews as well then of course every army has reserves and trainees who could use some practical experience.
