Revan made that decision without the Emperors approval, remember the Sith are now the Second Class citizens not the non-Sith, his fleet will be branded as traitors if they do not return, Revan will likely lose a rank or two, some of the Sith will die, the younglings will be slaughtered live on the holo net but all of your ships will turn home the moment that happens. Rouge assets don't lead happy lives.

Their a bit neutered from the MASSIVE force genocide, they'd probobally be in unendurable pain from the Force. Maybe even become a Wound in the Force.
