Individual rooms, but it's like a hotel where 2 rooms have a door connecting them on the interior. Bathhouse is separate from main dorm (it's like a hot spring, but not), but every room also has it's own bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The bathhouse is in between the male and female dorms, but there are separate bathing areas.
