What Romania is doing is very unrealistic, the Romanian President said himself that he saw what the Russians did as an act of aggression against the Ukraine. He also stated that he would be mire active in supporting the US and Europe negotiations with Russia. Romania you need to edit your post accordingly.

This app if very iffy. I can say the actual writing in the sample is good enough, however I would argue that due to the fact that many of the members have called for us to decline your application, and the history of conflict you have OOCly, that I am very skeptical of this app.

The military description isn't very detailed, and the goals are not clear in terms of action. I'd also like to see you state foreign policy and EU stance.

Additionally we need to keep in mind that Italy was already reserved and unless the other player is denied, this app cannot be considered until that time.

Military is not my strong point, Oh those can be added in.
Another thing to keep in mind that i did make an App several hours before that person reserved it, and a App is generally an acceptable Reservation. People have called for my denying is because of my ideals to make italy a better place. be they unpopular and most people disagree wholeheartily with them
