Its becouse i worked it out with him at the start of the RP. but we are obligated to send out the votes like those countries would do in RL. so if you do not agree with it just let Winovia or me know, we are open for a change if its nessesary.

I have a solution for the Shoal Crisis... China and the Philippines would withdraw their own respective troops and the two form a Economical Alliance Called; SFETP (Sino-Filipino Economical Trade Pact) which two of the Most Prominent oil Companies of both countries would have joint Oil drill activities in the Scarborough Shoal... but of course protests might happen but it's worth it.

Ah like that, yeah just accepting apps, making sure it stays realistic and such. Its not really a big deal when there are a few around who can do that, but on my own its a busy job, especially in the morning when i missed a whole night of posts.

2. I have no problem with them establishing the cities as safe havene, but the cities should be ran by the government.

3. I have no problem with them negotiating, as long as they are negotitating on behalf of the government and the government has agreed to them negotiating.

1.) It's not like their going in and invading. It just means the task force can devise it's own offensive and follow through with it, even if there isn't assistance from South Sudanese forces.

2.) You really think rebels are going to just let the U.N allow the government (their enemy) to run the site they just gave up? I don't think so.

3.) The government would probably automatically agree to allowing the Task force negotiate to ensure that civilians are safe. Their negotiating do them not to attack the camp, nothing more.

2. No they wont, which is why the Task force is their to protect the government after they take the cities.

Hmm well, considering that (as far as i know) the Chinese claim isn't really based on anything, i doubt the Philippines would go along with it. But if they do, i think China would do it aswell.

Its a good idea, as long as the Philippines control a majority.

We'll participate as long as removing the veto is not one of the things that are discussed. We mainly want to expand the council to have more members, both permanent and non-permanent.
