It can be repealed and changed if the UNGA which authorizes it withdraws it. I doubt this will happen though.

Technically correct, resolution 010A left it to an international court, it did not specify and thus if passed the court would need to make an appeal to the UNGA. Again I doubt it will pass but I think we should give it a shot.

Well ther aren't any really.. Everybody can vote for two nations wich can be elected into the security council.
Same rules as before, don't vote on your own and don't vote for a nation that just comes out of the rotation.

I will perhaps change some of the UN stuff in the near future or in a new RP, depends how this one goes in a while.
This will include that the OP's will elect non-permanent members (in the most realistic way possible), this just to speed things up instead of waiting days for people to vote. And i will probably also remove the whole "vote for NPC's" thing.

You don't vote for P5 members, you vote for temporary members. The P5 are allowed to vote for other members.
