That is a good question, and i think we could find an agreement through the OOC for that.

On Crimea i would say that they would still vote in favor of joining Russia, however at a lower percentage.
For Scotland it would probably be a no, since that is what all experts assume.
As for Catalonia, i expect a yes, especially since they have a very large independence movement and alot of support.

I agree, Crimea would vote to stay with Russia but the numbers would actually be realistic.

Scotland would vote to stay with the UK, all previous polls since 2012, except one, have showed a majority voting to stay.

Get what im saying?
(And by the way, the Crimean referendum was probably only over 90 percent because of Russian influence. I doubt it was legit)

Well, perhaps. Although I doubt you should wholly trust the west's accusations as their interests are in condemning Russia's actions.

We have to look at this from a neutral standpoint, and frankly it is nearly impossible to get a 97% majority in any referendum.

So for like Crimea, Heads - joins Russia, Tails- Stays Ukrainian.

Yeah. ANd the Ukraine sure seems interested in appeasing the voters by shooting them and censoring them ;)

But ill be doing the random numbers for controversial bills in Ukraine. lets say, 1-100 is standard.. 50/50. If the bill was obviously going toward one side rather then the other, I would take numbers away from the opposing side. (20-100)
Seems like it would work for controversial bills/referendums

And we are only censoring. We arent shooting random voters. We are arresting the more "outspoken" ones and killing the militia who attack Ukrainian bases

Well, sure. Russia would of course state otherwise.

General assembly resolutions cannot be veto'd, only Security Council resolutions can be vetoed by P5 members. If it had been submitted to the SC, it would count as a veto, but the SC doesn't have the power to reform its own structure, thus it was submitted to the GA.

I agree. Perhaps military matters, condemning people.. Stuff like that. General stuff like sanctions or aid relief and whatnot go through the GA?
