What is Neapolitian culture that is somehow similar to the incredibly diverse demonic one?

Neapolitan culture is heavily based around getting around the hardships of life either through creative exploits or absurd willpower. It was born due to the hardships common to the city

Given that the demons lived, well, in Hell, I'd guess that some of them would share said spirit.
