Description: A small island in the Caribbean with an interesting history, having been passed from Spain to the USA a century and a half ago. Puerto Rico became the 51st state of the USA in 2017, but truly became equal to the others (in economy and such) after the Abrahamic War. With his newfound popularity, Rick Sanchez did something that can be considered genuinely nice by trying to fix his home. He sent more funding to education and set up many, many military jobs here (bringing in other workers from the mainland USA), severely improving the economy. However, Puerto Rico is also very much only a human state - non-humans are not liked here at all.
Demographics: Mostly native Puerto Ricans, but more and more non-Hispanic Americans are entering, as well as some foreign workers, diversifying the area.
