I wonder if I should use the New Clonglomerates or the Terran Republic models instead of Star Wars models

The Black, and Red of course. hhahaha

It makes sense considering the current Republican Uniform trend;

For example; Stella:

We still can as it's stated the Union was created to settle colonial conflicts. I'm sure there would be much tension if both powers attempted to colonize the same system. In fact, thus fare the Kovlen system was indeed colonized by both powers.

It'd have to have been between the Lumar, and Umbrex Empires as I'm fairly sure both could have crushed the Auranive Federation if they were in conflict with them.

Are you sure? It could be that the Lumar Empire worked with the Auranive Federation when they're fighting the Umbrex Empire (or Republic) at some planetary crisis

I could see that, as the Lumar have a freer economy then the Umbrex, and the Lumar may have been drawn in to protect their trade interests.

Or it could be a Lumar-Umbrex conflict but the Auranive got involved due to an Umbrex force attacking their trade shipments and after heavy fighting, the Auranive Federation drew up the charter for the Union of Planets to prevent future conflicts
