Emperor Franz was worried about the Albanian expansion, he had hundreds of thousands of Austrian troops securing the regions where the Albanians claimed they were taking. The Austro-Hungarian Empire was in a tense situation, as its navy mobilized and it started sending in observation balloons. The Austro-Hungarian army planned to mobilize some 800,000 men if it had to happen, and it was ready to crush opposition if needed. In desperation however, Franz sent a letter to Serbia, reading

To the Kingdom of Serbia

Albanians has been claiming multiple territories in Austro-Hungary, Serbia and the Byzantine Empire. The Austro-Hungarian Empire proposes an alliance against Albania to stop any attempts to overthrow our respective kingdoms. If successful in subduing the rebellions, then the Austro-Hungarian Empire is willing to help Serbia gain Albania in a future invasion to end the Albanian threat once and for all.

Great Shogunate of Japan

January 20, 1914
Choshi, Japan

News from Europe made out the situation of Russia to be dire. It was even reported that China was making an expedition into the Tsar's territory and aiding the Communists. Communism... a loathsome ideology. It did not matter, there was a chance for Japan to reclaim lost territory and make valuable allies in the years ahead. The task force heading for Guinea was ready for departure, but at the last moment a small force was split off to head north into the Russian territory of Sakhalin. The appropriate parties would be notified of course.

This segment would march on the former Japanese coastal city of Korsakov and once occupied would fortify their position.

This expedition would sail to Manokwari in the unnocupied West Guinea and immediately seize the town and fortify their position until further orders.

From: Great Shogunate of Japan

ENCRYPTED Communication

Hail great leader, may the spirits bless you in all the days of your life.

The Great Shogunate of Japan has heard word of your courageous actions to liberate the Russian Far East. Japan would be much dishonoured if it did not also take up such a worthy cause. For this reason we have begun liberating Sakhalin which is of former Japanese holdings. We look forward to fighting alongside our Asian brothers. Perhaps this could be the start of a great friendship? The battlefield awaits.

To: Communist Party of Russia
From: Great Shogunate of Japan

ENCRYPTED Communication

Great leader, the Japanese have heard of your plight! At this very moment we sail to crush the forces of the Tsar in the Far East. We do this not only for your sake, but for ours as well. The Tsar has oppressed the Japanese population in Sakhalin for too long. We will see to it that this region is liberated and returned to its rightful people. The praises of heaven be upon you and we wish you luck in your struggle.

Gaza Strip

A large cargo ship, packed with ammunition, soldiers and weapons left the port and headed West. It would sail around Spain until it reached Archangelsk in the very north of Russia, many of the men and women were nervous and suffering seasickness. The voyage would take about 16 days, the soldiers wore thick olive coloured uniforms with red, white, black and green flag patches.

West Bank Compound

By this point, over 9,000 troops had been trained by over a hundred drill instructors. With 71,382 raw recruits to train, they would have quite the task on their hands. Many small workshops had been built in a series of tunnels under the compound, which dealt in clothes, weapons and various ammunition types.

Greetings, the Austro-Hungarian Empire is willing to let the Southern German Kingdom leash the city. We are not willing to sell it but we are willing to give a contract so that the Germans can build a fleet there and hold the port. The Austro-Hungarian Empire needs the city for future operations,

King Peter I, current leader of the Kingdom of Serbia, has decided to rise against Albania on claiming multiply Serbian, Austria-Hungarian and Greek territories. A declaration of war has been set up onto Albania, plus, a Rebel Group has been made in Serbia, called the Serbian Rebellion Organization or SRO for short. Serbia will accept Austria-Hungary's alliance request. Albania has now done many claims, that are truly illegal. The SRO together with the Austria-Hungarian Army might strike onto Albania now for their territory claiming on Serbia, Austria-Hungary and Greece.

München, Hauptstadt des Königreich von Süd-Deutschland, 20. Januar. 1914

In preparation for the "30 Days' War", a large number of South German troops were amassed at the Franco-German border, and the troops staying behind to defend the country itself were put in defensive positions along the border. A formal declaration of war upon the Capet Caliphate was ready, and the men in charge of the government signed it.

JOINT RESOLUTION Declaring that a state of war exists between the Government of the Capet Caliphate and the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Southern Germany and making provisions to prosecute the same.
Whereas the Government of the Capet Caliphate has repeatedly oppressed the Christian citizens of the country:
Therefore be it Resolved by the King and Parliament of the Kingdom of Southern Germany, That the state of war between the South German nation and the Government of the Capet Caliphate which has thus been thrust upon South Germany is hereby formally declared; and the King is hereby authorized and directed to employ the entire military forces of South Germany and the resources of the Government to carry on war against the Government of the Capet Caliphate; and, to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all the resources of the country are hereby pledged by the Parliament of the Kingdom of Southern Germany.

In other matters, in the Port of Split in Croatia, ships are currently in construction at the machinery factories. However, the construction of the Navy will take some time, so the newly formed Leadership of the Royal German Army asked the government if they could buy ships from Austria-Hungary.

To the Austro-Hungarian Empire
From the Kingdom of Southern Germany

Greetings. We would like to buy 10 ships from you, they have to, combined, store about 2,000 soldiers, and have at least a light armament of some cannons to fend off ships.

Signed, Ludwig II, King of Southern Germany

King Gjon Dukagjini had become worried that the Albanian's Declaration of Independence in Austria-Hungary would ruin Albania's neutral relationship with the Dual Monarchy. Worried that a war would ravage Albania, he began creating ties between Albania and the Great powers in Europe. He quickly sent telegrams to nations which would prove useful allies to Albania.

General Secretary Eino Rahja
Near Terijoki, Karelia

"Mr Kullervo, I am not suggesting that we expel them from our nation, they can leave if they want to, but we will not force them to leave our country. I would rather suggest that we embrace them into our society. Next Question please." "Yes you in the hat." "What will you do about national defense?" Well we are currently building a line of defenses on the Karelian Isthmus that we have dubbed the "Eino Line". We are also building coastal guns along the Southern coast to protect from foreign sea invasion." Eino raised his fist after answering the last question, and shouted "Kaikkien maiden proletaarit, liittykää yhteen!". The Delegates in the crowd repeated what Rahja had stated. Eino Rahja walked off the stage, flanked by his 2 Guards in overcoats and ushankas, both holding Mosin rifles. They entered the Cool crisp air of Terijoki, heading towards their horses, which they would ride to the nearest train station, which would take them to Helsinki...

Vienna, Austro-Hungary

January 12th, 1914

The Austro-Hungarian Army mobilized some 500,000 more men, making their entire army number some 900,000 troops. 200,000 were placed near the Bulgarians-Romanian borders, while nearly 500,000 men were deployed into the Illyrian Union claimed areas. The rest were sent to defend Hungarian and Austrian Proper. Franz saw this unreeling through the maps, and knew that Austro-Hungary's eastern neighbors were probably anxious to invade it, though he had no idea if they were communicating with Albania or not. Franz knew Serbia would assist him and just that was enough to ensure Albanian defeat. For now, this rebellion would be crushed to smithereens.

"Claimed" areas of the Illyrian Union, Austro-Hungary

January 13th, 1914

Austro-Hungarian troops rushed into multiple suspected Illyrian Union hideouts, and started the raids against the leaders of this rebellious group who had created the declaration. At the same time, news were reporting that Austro-Hungary planned to give more representation to all ethnicities in the empire if they remained more loyal to the monarchy, such as the soon planned parliament where all ethnicities would have equal representation in the empire, but secession was strictly prohibited.
Political and religious views don't define whether you are a good or bad person, unless you want to actively hurt everyone who doesn't believe what you say.
