How many soldiers does the Albanian army have?

The recent IC post, if they are all seperate actions, seems to show some 290,000 soldiers, or almost 15% of its population. To put that in perspective, if Japan did the same thing we'd have over 10,000,000 people under arms. China would have over 67,000,000.

Can we please try and keep things within reason? If you're going to play a small country, expect to have a small military. Your economy can not handle 15% of your population under arms.

Its still going to be bloody hard keeping an army that large, will most likely !@#$ up your economy but its probably the highest maximum you can realistically get without turning into North Korea.

In times of war, having 10% of your country under arms is within the bounds of realism, but it signals that you must be in dire straits. I'd assume not all of those are professional soldiers but conscripts as well. It better be a quick war, or you're going to see severe economic consequences. Seeing as you're fighting a larger enemy you better find some allies fast or you're going to be defeated conventionally. Failing that, you won't be able to supply/pay your soldiers without significant deterioration of life on the home front and general unrest.

I hope you're aiming to send a message to win concessions and don't think you're going to conquer Serbia. That's not very likely.
