Serbia= will go to war with Albania (a few other nations involved)
Poland Lithuania= might attack Russia for being communist.

The signers of the Declaration had been arrested. Many Albanians revolted. Riots occur in the cities of Sarajevo, Ljubljana, and Zagreb. 400,000 Albanians total march from Zagreb and Rijeka to converge at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna to ask the emperor himself for independence.

The 600,000 Austro-Hungarian Army is arrests more signers of the declaration, and stands guard but does not attack the Albanians in front of Hofburg Palace. The Austro-Hungarians send In a major leader to talk to the arrested signers of the declaration in hopes of asking Albanians in the empire to peacefully stand down if they are granted more autonomy, also, the Austro-Hungarian Empire plans to deploy its army against the Kingdom of Albania soon as its ally Serbia has begun its attack on the nation.
