Wikipedia wrote:The Italo-Turkish War saw numerous technological changes, notably the airplane. On October 23, 1911, an Italian pilot, Captain Carlo Piazza, flew over Turkish lines on the world's first aerial reconnaissance mission, and on November 1, the first ever aerial bomb was dropped by Sottotenente Giulio Gavotti, on Turkish troops in Libya, from an early model of Etrich Taube aircraft. The Turks, lacking anti-aircraft weapons, were the first to shoot down an aeroplane by rifle fire.

Why you are rebelling: After the massacre of 300 Lakota Indians by the US Army at Wounded Knee, several Native American tribes in the American Southwest grew fearful that the US would continue these killings and banded together. They renamed themselves after the Anasazi which means “ancient ones” in Navajo, a tribe that banded with the NAC. Beginning in 1893, the NAC conducted raids on white settlers and US military troops in order acquire rifles and ammunition. The raids were almost solely done on horseback, something the NAC acquired from the Apaches, and were very successful. Their most notorious raid was in 1895 on Fort Sill near Oklahoma City. On the night of November, 17th, 1895, 6,000 NAC members conducted a midnight raid on the fort. Armed with rifles and pistols, the NAC members rode on horseback into the unprepared military base. The military personnel were not expecting well-disciplined Native Americans to attack, especially considering the NAC had never officially ventured beyond western Texas, and were overwhelmed. The NAC captured large amounts of weapons, including one artillery piece, and killed 300 American soldiers(not including the ones who died in the battle) in order to avenge those who died at Wounded Knee. Due to Fort Sill’s importance with in the Red Rivers War, the NAC burnt the fort down. They then took their loot back out to Arizona where they went into hiding. Years passed and now the NAC is building up its forces, perhaps in preparation for a new generation of raids.
Popular support: Amongst Native American very high, amongst whites, extremely low.
Quality of Weapons, from 1 to 10: 7.5 mostly stolen weapons

You could have played with it. Stalin is no more. But you could have hushed it up especially if Stalin was helping hold the revolution together. Only the inner circle needs to know that he was no longer around. You could put someone else in power after you round up all of his main supporters that might not want to take orders from a new leadership.
