How does South Germany maintain a fleet if it does not have sea access? More importantly, this is 1914, not 2714; battleships do not yet have teleporting capabilities.

I was thinking the same thing after I logged out last night. Landlocked states don't have navies, unless he's sharing with North Germany.

Well, I don't know for certain, so don't take my word for it, but he could have ships as he does have colonies and the port city of Split.

If you read the treaty I purposed carefully, you will see that I want to end the war between AH and Romania. Albania has nothing to do with that treaty. I just made a suggestion which you may or may not take. But that does not affect the purposal to end the war between our two nations.

We want you to end the war since there are bigger fish to fry which we would be more then happy to share with AH. YEs, who could it be. No its not Serbia.

But you broke the Ceasefire which is a NO NO in the international Community. Which means the only way we will accept any end to this war would be if you agreed to our terms which are really fair. And we want the Emperor to Abdicate. Or being the nice people we are, divorce your wife and heirs. Then marry the Romanian Kings Sister. Princess Cosmina.
