Currently, I have no strong alliances and I don't see the need for one right now. I am kinda neutral actually.

Germany will help, Build Hospitals, and Ect. But let me set up more Oil rigs in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania away from Cities, build more mines in Southern Germany at the Alps. :3

South America does not have the means to enter American facilities and take our blueprints. That godmodding, tbh.

But, I will make an exception. You keep what you have built, but you cannot build anymore and you cannot steal from us again.
