I just wanted North Africa. Once Chad and Nigeria are with me, I'm not expanding anymore, everything else could go to France for all I care.

A WMD you can't detect by radar blowing up the entire northern portion of Egypt would mean you couldn't as all your chems would be destroyed. Egypt does not have the means to see WMDs on radar.

I plan on using Hydrogen, which doesn't make the same waste, and water is not scarce.
The radioactive fallout isn't as bad.

I believe you were asking if I "Want an alliance".

Currently, I have no strong alliances and I don't see the need for one right now. I am kinda neutral actually.
